OddBalls Consulting and Educational Services, Inc. is a community-based organization founded in the Inland Empire.

We are dedicated to providing young men and women with the technical, practical and professional development skills needed to aid in strengthening communities and developing future service leaders. We do this by utilizing the four principles of Leadership, Problem-Solving, Education and Consulting.
